25 HOURS OF THUNDERHILL - ENTRY INFO:
The following info outlines the entry procedure for the 25 Hours of Thunderhill. There are several steps to be aware of so please read this portion carefully. Critical deadlines are listed below.
The entry fee is $2395. Each team will submit a $95 non-refundable fee with the Team Declaration Form. This fee will be applied to the entry fee, and the balance of $2300 is due October 19, 2021. The entry fee includes the car and up to four drivers. The submission of the Team Declaration Form, along with payment, will determine the “order of entry.”
Each additional driver is $450 (over the four drivers included with the entry fee).
Driver Lineup Changes:
Changes to the driver lineup can be made any time before registration closes on November 28, 2021.
Each crew member must obtain and wear one crew credential during the event when in the pit lane. If a crew member is on more than one team, they only need to purchase one crew credential. Crew credentials are $95.
Late Entry Fee:
Team entries submitted after October 19, 2021 or entries not paid in full (at least $2395) will incur a $350 late fee. Team entries will not be accepted after November 9, 2021.
Late Driver Add Fee:
Drivers added after the Driver Information deadline (November 2, 2021) and/or at the track will be $600.
Late Crew Add Fee:
Crew members added after the Crew Credential deadline (November 9, 2021) and/or at the track will be $195.
All entry fees are fully refundable, except the $95 non-refundable team declaration fee and any crew credentials already purchased, up to one week before the event. Requests for refunds must be made by email to the NASA NorCal office by November 28, 2021, email@example.com. No refunds will be issued after November 28, 2021.

Pit spaces are 13' 3" wide and run across the entire paddock. You are welcome to fit in anything you like as long as it is within your assigned space. RV parking spaces are separate from the assigned paddock space and can be purchased here: https://members.drivenasa.com/admin/events/3670.
Many teams purchase these spaces to set up a quiet place for drivers and crew that are off-shift and need to get away from wrenching in the paddock and/or get some sleep.
Check the nasa25hour.com website for paddock maps that will provide space numbers. (TBD)
