CREW CREDENTIALS: AMP has limited people allowed onsite so a limited number of guests/crew are allowed at our event. You can bring one additional crew/guest by purchasing a credential. Each crew credential is $20. This fee will include a ride along(passenger) wristband. When registering please include their name in the comments section. If your guest/crew member has a current NASA membership they do not have to have to pay or register for the crew credential. Instead please enter their name in the comments section when you register and they will be added to the gate list. If you have any questions you can email firstname.lastname@example.org

Website: Arizona Motorsports Park
Track Configuration = 2.23 mile Main Track - CCW both days
Fri Practice - Not available, but we will have sound testing available on Fri afternoon from 3-5PM for $20/car. This is in addition to the "Priority Check-In" option if you choose to do both, please read the reg options carefully to select the correct option(s).

All participants need to be aware of and follow the NASA Club Codes & Regulations found here (http://nasaproracing.com/rules/ccr.pdf)
All participants need to also be aware of the NASA Arizona region specific Supplemental Rules found here (https://nasaaz.com/nasa-arizona-supplemental-rules/)
NOTE: In addition to the general NASA rules, AMP Management wants everyone to know that they do not allow any Drones. Dogs are ok but must be kept on a lease at all times and of course owners must pick up after them.
“What time do I need to show up?”
This is the #1 question we are asked, especially by the folks new to NASA. See the event schedule (below or attached) for exact times but we recommend 45-60 mins prior to the drivers meeting (@ 7:30AM) to allow enough time to find a spot, check in with Driver Info (if you’re HPDE1) and get your car through tech and any other last min items before the drivers meeting.
All HPDE cars require an onsite tech inspection prior to being allowed on track (1 tech inspection is good for both days). HPDE participants should print and fill out the "HPDE Tech" Form prior to arriving to tech. Race group & Time Trial competitors will use the “Annual Race Car” Tech forms if they haven’t already done their annual inspection. Forms can be found @ https://www.nasaproracing.com/forms
NOTE: Race group is encouraged to get their renewals done at one of the offsite shops. We can do "renewals" onsite for a fee of $20 (via pre-reg - or cash onsite on Sat morning). Race cars without a logbook are highly encouraged to get their first tech inspection done offsite at a shop. Primarily we ask this is done so that there is an opportunity to fix anything that requires a change. If a safety item is identified onsite, you may not be able to race or even run in TT/HPDE, unless you can also fix it onsite.
Will be located under the covered metal awning close per the paddock map above. Need a schedule, tech form or track map? Please note these are located in the self serve boxes. Help yourself.
We have a limited number of rental helmets @ $20/day available in most sizes and includes a headsock (unless you have your own). They will be sanitized between use. Helmet rentals will not be available for passengers until after the event starts to ensure all drivers are covered first.
Drivers Meetings / Downloads
The drivers meeting per the schedule is mandatory for ALL drivers, instructors, officials, or anyone that will participate any way shape or form during the weekend. All other meetings times and locations will be announced by your respective Group Leader directly after the drivers meeting.
