FIRST RACE WEEKEND !!

RACERS: Race Car Annual Inspections MUST be completed before the first race. Inspections will be available on Fri and Sat, there will be a fee of $50 which can be paid thru the registration page or can be paid at the track. We prefer you pay with your registration. Please make sure your License for 2025 has been renewed and your Medical form is up to date if needed. 

HPDE: If you are new to HPDE please register for HPDE1, you will be automatically assigned an Instructor. GR drivers with no track experience should choose HPDE1. If you are an advanced driver HPDE4 and new to NASA, please include track history in your profile including other organizations, number of days and tracks visited..

Please choose registration based on your experience.

      HPDE1 Novice- No experience or very limited experience. Instructors will be assigned to each driver.  DO NOT add Instructor option.

      HPDE2 Multiple days/events. Cleared to Solo. 

      HPDE3 Multiple Track days at different tracks

     HPDE4 Advanced 20+ track days with open passing 

As groups sell out, you will be able to put yourself on a wait list to be contacted if a spot opens up.

CHECK OUT RIDES for HPDE: Sign up for a check out ride to move from one HPDE group to another. We can only guarantee a specific number of spots per weekend based on available instructors so preference will be given to those who register ahead online.

Facility access on Thursday 7pm. 

Free Camping will be allowed from Thursday 7pm. 

Garages are available to rent for a 3-day option at $199. Two cars are assigned to each garage opening. You must complete an event registration to reserve a garage.

No single day garage rentals available.

Track walk on Friday 5:30pm

Lil Speed Shop has a shop in the end of the garage for your trackside needs and tire mounting.

Drivers are responsible for any damage done to track property including guard rails and tire bundles and are responsible for any clean up due to fluid leaks. These items are expensive and it is advised to consider purchasing the track damage waiver thru your NASA registration which will cover these expenses if needed.

There are also many hotels in  Horseheads NY which is a 20 min ride to track.

Multi-day discount packages available. 3 day package is test day Friday, race or TT on Sat/Sun only. For HPDE it is HPDE all 3 days. 

Drivers MUST be 18 years of age to drive in NY state on a racetrack per NY law.

CANCELLATION POLICY: HPDE/Time Trial/Open Track: Full refund less $50.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week notice prior to the event start date. Cancellations received up to 72 hrs before the start of the event will receive a credit towards another event this season. Under 72 hrs no credit is available. 

Race Groups: Fees are fully refundable, less a $50 processing fee, provided that you registered at least 12 days in advance and you notify your NASA region within 3 days following the missed event. No partial refunds allowed. This policy does not apply to special events. Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable.

The Toyota HPDE cancellation policy requires a minimum of 14-days notice before your scheduled event. If for any reason you are unable to attend, please send us an email at info@GRtrackdrive.com or call us at 844-477-8772. You will forfeit your complimentary track day if we do not hear from you 14-days prior to your event. Regretfully, we cannot make any exceptions to this policy. Please know that NASA events do not cancel due to rain.
