$45 - NASA members who pre-register plus fees

Additional 10% Non-member fee who pre-register plus fees

Registration Walk Up

$55 - NASA members who pre-register plus fees

$60 - Non-members

Walk-Ups are also required to sign up for NASA account to register and complete waiver. Annual membership is optional but encouraged.

7:30am: Gates Open

8:00-9:00am Registration and check-in for pre-registered

8:00-9:30am Car technical check open

9:30am Novice Walk

9:45am Mandatory Drivers Meeting

10:00am First Car Off

Cancellation Policy:

Drop us a note (email or phone call) and let us know if you can't attend prior to close of online registration. Let us know if you want event credit (no fee) toward future MVSCC event of your choice or a refund ($5.00 fee). Refunds will be processed within a week after the event. Refund requests without prior cancellation request and or after event will not be honored.
